The BMF Media Information Technology GmbH is a leading supplier of future-oriented industry solutions for industry, trade and workshop. The company - based in Augsburg – is specialized in shop systems (B2B and B2C) and 3D media for the automotive market.
The central philosophy of BMF is to work together with customers to provide the focus on further development and individualization and always being some extent ahead of the others. 2006 the company won the first Award of Innovation of the federal association “Reifenhandwerk und Vulkaniseur-Handwerk e.V. (BRV)”, at that time for ProVis 3D development in the GTP version (Goodyear trading systems).
2013 gave the company´s founder Wolfgang Brender the management to his long-time business partner Stefan Klein. Many years before, he was a tuning expert at the Goodyear Dunlop trading systems (GDHS). Also in 2013, all server systems have moved into the ISO and TÜV-certified data center RWE.
Core competencies:
Software development: Stable software in the area web (ASP.NET, MVC & JavaScript), Desktop (WINForms & WPF) and multi-tier server application (WCF, SOAP-webservices, Windows services) we create mostly on Microsoft.NET.
3D rendering & animation: We render our high-quality and realistic modeled vehicles and product images with AUTODESK 3DS MAX.
Databases & webservices: We prefer the optimal mix of databases:
From relational databases (SQLServer, MySQL) over document databases (CouchDB) to high-performance clusters using MemBase.
Design & usability: A website has to be easy to use – for people and machines. Here we use current techniques in the areas of HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, SEO, web analytics and responsive design.
